How long does delivery take?

Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are incurred once a shipment has reached your destination country. Puff & Blow is not responsible for these charges if they are applied - they are your responsibility as the customer. Please see our shipping policy for more information.
My order says delivered but I'm having trouble locating the parcel.
If your order has been delivered, please check all locations at the delivery address/neighbours. In the instance your parcel can not be located we recommend checking the tracking ID via the courier website. If you're still having trouble, please reach out to us at contact@puffandblow.co.uk
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse you will receive tracking/courier information. Please use the ID to track your parcel via the courier website If you have further questions, reach out to us at contact@puffandblow.co.uk

Can I change my order?
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make manual changes. Please double-check that your items and personal details are correct before completing checkout.

How do I return my order?
To start a return please email us at contact@puffandblow.co.uk. If your return is accepted we will send you full instructions including a returns form and shipping label. Please see our return and refund policy for more information.
Do you offer free returns?
At this time, we’re unable to offer a free returns service. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt or proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.
Discount codes when returning.
If your first order was placed using a welcome discount code and you choose to return it for store credit, we’ll make sure the discount is honoured on your next order.
